Voice & Video Engineer - Cisco Technologies

About the Role

Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. is seeking experienced professionals for the position of Voice & Video Engineer specializing in Cisco products, based in Gurugram (Delhi NCR), India. The role demands expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting Cisco voice and video collaboration networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and design audio/video solutions leveraging Cisco Video Endpoints and Cisco Webex cloud/Control Hub.
• Maintain and upgrade Cisco Call Manager (CUCM), ACME SBC, CUBE, CME, CUE, and UCCX platforms.
• Perform installation and configuration of Cisco phones along with route patterns, translation patterns, hunt groups, CSS, partitions, bulk creation, SNR, and MVA (DISA).
• Manage H323, MGCP, SIP gateways; debug issues using CCAPI, ISDN, and CCSIP protocols.
• Capture and analyze packets using WireShark and monitor via RTMT.
• Analyze, design, and troubleshoot enterprise collaboration networks.
• Conduct CUCM migrations and configurations including upgrades from CUCM 7.x/9.x/10.x to 11.x, and deploy Cisco UCS suite applications such as Jabber and Expressway.
• Implement and support H323, MGCP, SIP, and CUBE protocols.
• Manage VCS Expressway, MRA, UCDT, Cisco IM&P Server, and SIP implementations with multi-vendor equipment interoperability.
• Demonstrate solid knowledge of Cisco Jabber and WebEx collaboration tools.
• Have thorough understanding of video products including Cisco endpoints like IX5000, DX70/80, MX200/700, CTS, TX, SX, and associated infrastructure technology such as Call Manager, VCS, Conductor, Meeting Server, Telepresence Management Suite, and TMSXE.

Experience

6 to 15 years of relevant professional experience in Cisco voice and video collaboration technologies.
