Role Overview
This contract opportunity is for a voice actor or actress working remotely from the United States. The position is paid at an hourly rate of $20 to $50 and typically requires a commitment of 10 to 40 hours per week.
What You’ll Do
- Perform voice work for a range of content styles, including advertisements, narration, and character-based scripts.
- Bring scripts to life with the right emotional tone, pacing, and vocal expression based on direction.
- Join live feedback sessions with clients and creative stakeholders to refine delivery.
- Create clean, professional audio from a personal recording setup or home studio.
- Work with writers, producers, and audio engineers to stay aligned with creative goals and delivery timelines.
- Re-record or adjust lines when changes are requested to match feedback and final expectations.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong ability to perform with emotional variety across different types of content.
- Comfort taking detailed direction and adapting vocal performance accordingly.
- Hands-on experience using voice recording tools and home studio equipment.
- Clear, professional communication skills in both speaking and writing.
- Good self-management and time management skills for handling remote assignments and deadlines.
