Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time Visa Consultant to join our on-site team in Coimbatore. This position involves guiding clients through visa application processes including document gathering, assessment of eligibility, accurate completion of forms, and scheduling appointments. You will provide informed advice on immigration regulations and changes, verify client information for precision, and coordinate with embassies, consulates, and official visa portals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients throughout the visa application journey with clear communication via meetings, phone, and email.
- Provide regular status updates and promptly address client inquiries.
- Keep detailed, organized records of applications and client details.
- Stay updated on visa regulations and immigration laws across various countries.
- Collaborate with the internal team to improve service quality and operational processes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Demonstrated understanding of visa procedures and immigration policies, capable of applying them to specific cases.
- Background in consulting and advisory roles, ideally within visa, immigration, or travel-related areas.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities for client and stakeholder engagement.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple applications and deadlines.
- Comfortable working on-site in Coimbatore and cooperating within a diverse team environment.
- Proficiency with office productivity software and online visa/immigration platforms.
- Previous exposure to travel, tourism, or immigration consulting is beneficial.
- Possession of a diploma or degree in any field; additional training in travel, tourism, or immigration services is advantageous.
