Role Overview
The Application & Visa Filing Executive position is full-time, focusing on preparing, reviewing, and processing student applications and visa documentation for global study destinations. The role demands precision in completing applications aligned with university and immigration regulations, alongside close coordination with counselors, students, educational institutions, and internal teams. Responsibilities include submitting admission applications, verifying supporting documents, completing visa forms, uploading files to university and immigration portals, tracking application progress, maintaining CRM records, and following up on pending documentation. Ensuring confidentiality, meeting deadlines, and providing excellent client service are critical aspects.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process student admission applications within stipulated deadlines.
- Review and complete visa application forms and associated documents.
- Verify academic records, financial evidence, identity proofs, and immigration paperwork.
- Upload and manage applications through university and visa portals.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records within CRM systems.
- Communicate with students to obtain any required documents or corrections.
- Liaise with universities regarding application statuses, offers, and admissions.
- Ensure strict adherence to university and immigration guidelines.
- Safeguard client confidentiality and documentation privacy.
- Assist counselors throughout the application and visa process.
- Respond professionally to queries about applications.
- Monitor all relevant deadlines to guarantee timely submissions of applications and visas.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in processing international student applications and visa filing.
- In-depth knowledge of admission and visa procedures for countries including Canada, UK, Australia, USA, New Zealand, and European nations.
- Strong capabilities in document verification, record keeping, and file organization.
- Familiarity with university application portals, visa systems, and CRM tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication to engage effectively with students, counselors, universities, and teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling confidential documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, PDF editing software, and various online documentation platforms.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple deadlines, and work independently in a remote setting.
- Preferred background includes experience in overseas education, immigration consultancy, or visa processing firms.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or related domains is preferred.
