- Transform customer inquiries into successful sales by delivering persuasive product suggestions and effective upselling strategies.
- Execute targeted and compelling communication plans to steer buyers towards immediate purchases, enhancing overall sales performance.
- Collaborate with strategy teams by sharing actionable insights to continuously improve global sales conversion rates.

Minimum Qualifications
- At least one year of proven experience in remote sales and closing roles.
- Strong persuasive skills with a history of converting leads into sales via digital chat, SMS, or email communications.
- Experience working with Shopify, CRM software, or other e-commerce sales platforms.
- Possession of a capable PC or laptop with an Intel i5 processor or better, and a reliable high-speed internet connection of 25 Mbps or higher.
