Operating from offices in Singapore, San Francisco, and London, the company offers a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative working environment. This position is based in the San Francisco office, requiring presence onsite three to five days per week.
Role Overview
The Video Editor and Motion Graphics Designer will play a vital role within a close-knit and supportive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for editing videos and designing compelling motion graphics across diverse projects, working from initial brief to final delivery. Collaboration with writers, producers, account managers, and fellow editors is essential to produce unique and engaging video content, including social media assets and internal brand initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver multiple video projects post-production ensuring high-quality, brand-aligned creative output within deadlines.
- Collaborate closely with creatives, editors, and motion designers to use AI tools to craft impactful stories and experiences.
- Support pitches by aligning post-production vision with client goals.
- Drive innovation through integration of advanced AI tools in post-production workflow.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to evolve AI capabilities and set new standards in creative AI.
- Test and implement new AI technologies to enhance creativity, efficiency, and storytelling.
- Work with internal teams and external partners to establish AI protocols safeguarding creative integrity and brand authenticity.
- Mentor team members to foster skill development, confidence, and cooperative culture.
- Promote an inclusive, respectful, curious work environment encouraging innovation in video storytelling with AI technologies.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of four years professional experience, with agency background highly valued.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent design, typography, and concept development abilities.
- Collaborative mindset with active creative contribution to projects.
- Innovative problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines proactively.
- Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Self-critical with the capacity to ensure work meets high standards demanded by clients and producers.
