Role Overview
This full-time field sales opportunity is for a driven Veterinary Sales Representative who will support the growth of animal healthcare products across Uttar Pradesh. The role focuses on promoting the company’s range to veterinarians, veterinary clinics, distributors, dealers, and livestock farmers while consistently delivering sales targets.
What You Will Do
- Market and sell veterinary medicines, feed additives, vaccines, and other livestock health products.
- Regularly cover veterinarians, veterinary hospitals, clinics, distributors, dealers, and livestock farms across the assigned geography.
- Develop, nurture, and retain long-term customer partnerships.
- Meet monthly as well as quarterly sales goals.
- Find fresh business prospects and widen the customer network.
- Run product demonstrations and promotional campaigns.
- Gather market insights and keep track of competitor moves.
- Ensure timely order booking, follow-ups, and payment collection.
- Maintain daily visit logs and accurate sales documentation.
Who Can Apply
Applicants should be graduates in any discipline. Candidates with degrees in B.V.Sc., Agriculture, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related area will be preferred. The company is open to candidates with 1 to 5 years of experience in Veterinary, Animal Health, Pharma, or FMCG field sales. Freshers may also be considered if they have strong communication abilities and are ready to work in the field. A two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are mandatory, and the role requires extensive travel within the assigned territory.
Skills Needed
This position calls for strong communication and negotiation ability, a customer-focused approach, relationship management, target orientation, self-motivation, local market awareness, and basic MS Excel/reporting skills.
