Role Responsibilities

• Assist with capturing footage and clipping content, organizing digital files, performing basic video edits, exporting media, and managing digital assets.
• Support producers during shoots by handling lighting, audio equipment, gear, talent movement, and general setup tasks.
• Respond swiftly to short-turnaround video needs from television shows, live events, talent-focused shoots, backstage footage, and partner content requests.
• Contribute original ideas for social-first content and help execute those concepts.
• Ensure all produced media is tailored and optimized for social media platforms.
• Stay informed about WWE programming, storylines, talent, brands, and merchandise.
• Assist with shoots involving internal teams, executives, talent, and important WWE projects.
• Engage with trending social media content and support related content creation efforts.
• Monitor posts for high-impact moments and basic performance results within assigned coverage.
• Be prepared to travel as needed to cover events or shoots.

Candidate Qualifications

• Between 1 and 3 years experience in digital or social video production, ideally within sports, entertainment, or television sectors.
• Proven skill in content creation, video editing, and collaborative social media efforts, capable of producing engaging and original content.
• Strong judgment in video production and editing with a history of independently developing compelling multi-platform content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere and Capcut.
• Highly organized and detail-focused with outstanding time management and multitasking abilities, flourishing under pressure.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including rotating shifts, nights, and weekends.
• Familiarity with WWE programs and talent preferred.
• Exceptional grammar and clear diction are required.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently based on production needs.
