Role Overview

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join a pioneering client project with a German electronics corporation in Berlin. The designer will shape the future of communication management technologies from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for an innovative communication management system.
• Create visually modern user interfaces in close collaboration with relevant departments to ensure a consistent company-wide design language.
• Analyze user requirements, translate them into clear design specifications, and convert complex technical workflows into accessible and barrier-free user concepts.
• Act as an intermediary between users and development teams to ensure the design solutions are technically feasible from early stages.

Requirements

• A completed degree in media, communication, or interaction design or an equivalent creative qualification.
• Proven work experience in UX/UI design with a strong emphasis on the end users' needs.
• Proficiency with popular design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Preferably some project experience with government agencies, security organizations, or highly regulated sectors.
• Exceptional communication skills and experience collaborating with diverse teams.
• Fluency in both German and English, spoken and written, is essential.

Salary and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is between 65,000 and 75,000 euros.
