About Meet and Tour
Meet and Tour is a rapidly expanding travel agency that specializes in both Domestic and International holiday packages. We are dedicated to providing customers with exceptional deals, personalized support, and seamless travel experiences to make their vacations unforgettable.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email for follow-ups and inquiries.
- Identify and understand customer travel preferences to suggest appropriate holiday packages.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings efficiently.
- Maintain and nurture strong customer relationships.
- Generate accurate quotations and communicate package details clearly.
- Coordinate with the operations team to confirm bookings.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Keep customer information updated using CRM systems or Excel sheets.
Candidate Requirements
- 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or travel-related sales roles; fresh candidates with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Proficient in Hindi communication and persuasion; English skills are a plus.
- Basic computer literacy including MS Office applications.
- Positive mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively under sales target pressure.
