Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Trainer specifically for the Cleaning Category to join our energetic team. The role involves spearheading comprehensive training programs to elevate the quality of home cleaning services across assigned cities. This position requires designing, enhancing, and delivering both technical and behavioral training to our professional partners to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all training initiatives pertinent to home cleaning service professionals within the specified city.
• Create, update, and refine training materials to meet industry standards and best practices.
• Conduct practical training sessions and support partners in understanding and adhering to standard operating procedures, delivering top-notch service quality.
• Develop and implement training strategies targeting improvement in service excellence.
• Oversee and guide a team of trainers and professionals to maintain consistent and effective training programs across locations.
• Assess and monitor training program effectiveness with a focus on continuous improvement and adjusting content to meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with various departments to recognize training requirements and tailor targeted interventions to address skill gaps.
• Remain informed on emerging trends and optimal practices in training and development specifically geared toward blue-collar workers.

Candidate Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of five years experience within reputable hotels, facility management, or startups focusing on training and development roles.
• Strong leadership capabilities coupled with proficient communication skills to motivate and inspire teams effectively.
• Demonstrated experience managing teams of trainers or professionals, ideally in the hotel or facility management industries.
• Expertise in crafting and delivering training programs targeted at blue-collar personnel.
• Excellent organizational aptitude with the capacity to handle and prioritize multiple tasks concurrently.
• Ability to adapt and succeed in fast-paced, evolving work environments with shifting priorities.
