About the Role
As a Learning Specialist at 2020 Companies, your responsibilities include supporting the development, production, and delivery of training content across various platforms. This role focuses on enhancing the selling abilities of sales personnel through diverse media such as audio, printed materials, videos, and virtual sessions. Collaboration with stakeholders is essential to customize training programs that best meet team requirements.
Responsibilities
- Support the production of ongoing initiatives including weekly broadcasts and content for the eLearning platform.
- Assist in the creation, production, and delivery of training in partnership with clients, alliance partners, and subject matter experts.
- Utilize existing approved assets to develop materials across different training media.
- Deploy training courses to internal and external learning management systems and train others in delivering engaging consumer experiences.
- Create professional PowerPoint presentations for sales training programs.
- Help create and maintain a comprehensive course design roadmap.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of instructional design concepts and adult learning theories.
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to handle ambiguity.
- Highly organized and resourceful with technological proficiency for creative training design and delivery.
- Experience or familiarity with learning management systems and LMS-compatible creation software is preferred.
