Test Data Management Specialist

Overview

Pacer Group is seeking a full-time Test Data Management Specialist to join our Toronto, ON team in an onsite (hybrid) setting. This role sits within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector and offers a competitive annual salary of CAD 110,000 plus benefits. Candidates must apply by July 17th, 2026.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Lead and oversee test data management processes supporting software testing activities.
• Execute data masking and obfuscation techniques to protect sensitive production data.
• Utilize Delphix or similar test data management solutions (K2view, Broadcom TDM) for data provisioning and management.
• Develop and implement algorithms within Delphix or equivalent tools to optimize data handling.
• Apply strong development skills primarily in Java; knowledge of Python is advantageous.
• Communicate effectively to clarify and guide data requirements and solutions.
• Understand core test data management concepts including data masking, synthetic data generation, and self-service provisioning.
• Maintain awareness of data compliance regulations and continuous data delivery strategies.
• Demonstrate leadership experience in coordinating and clarifying data requirements within teams.
