Job Overview
As a Territory Manager, you will be focused on expanding and strengthening the distribution and sales network within the designated territory. Your goal will be to increase the number of SIM and data selling outlets while ensuring existing clients receive consistent and effective support.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand the SIM and data outlet presence in the assigned area to the fullest potential and maintain good service for current customers.
- Analyze market demographics to tailor sales strategies that address specific customer segments effectively.
- Manage core distribution metrics like channel profitability and satisfaction.
- Implement continuous engagement initiatives with retailers and Field Sales Executives to foster active relationship management.
- Enhance partner value by coordinating systematic marketing and merchandising efforts for distributors, retailers, and sales staff.
- Prepare timely market intelligence reports highlighting consumer trend shifts and competitor activity.
- Collaborate closely with the network team to assess and improve mobile network quality in the relevant markets.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 25,000 to 40,000 INR.
