Job Overview
Join Travelink Holidays India Private Limited as a Telesales Executive based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This role involves engaging potential customers through outbound calls to introduce the company's diverse domestic and international travel packages, offers, and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Make daily outbound calls to prospective clients using leads provided by the company.
- Communicate clearly and compellingly about tour packages, special offers, and services.
- Identify customer travel needs and qualify leads accordingly.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and follow-up engagements.
- Follow up with interested customers using phone calls, WhatsApp, or email communication.
- Arrange callbacks or appointments for in-depth discussions when needed.
- Support the sales team by transferring high-potential leads.
- Encourage customers to book travel packages or schedule consultations.
- Update customer data accurately in CRM systems or Excel sheets.
- Keep comprehensive call logs.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of tour itineraries, pricing structures, seasonal promotions, and travel policies.
- Stay informed about visa requirements, travel destinations, and industry trends.
- Respond professionally and courteously to customer inquiries.
- Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales conversion targets.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary range of INR 12,000 to 15,500.
