Overview
Nair Systems LLC seeks an experienced Senior Telecom/Collaboration Systems Administrator to join its Qatar operations. This role demands a Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Communications Engineering and at least five years of Telecom Systems support experience. Familiarity with financial institutions is favored. Strong professional training in relevant systems is required.
Primary Duties
- Manage, design, and support telecom and collaboration infrastructure including IP Telephony systems, PSTN/PRI/SIP telephony lines, ADSL lines, voice recording, video conferencing, and structured cabling for both internal and external networks.
- Ensure continuous availability and performance optimization of telecom services across all company sites.
- Handle internal and external customer telecom systems efficiently, maintaining vendor relationships and coordinating with internal departments to meet organizational goals.
- Maintain telecom equipment and systems, offering onsite and remote technical support.
- Liaise with external telecom providers, such as Ooredoo, overseeing telecom lines and service agreements.
- Evaluate and suggest improvements to existing telecom solutions, manage projects ensuring compliance with deadlines and requirements, and enforce telecom policies.
- Maintain thorough documentation of telecom networks and supervise related telecom personnel and vendors.

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in both English and Arabic.
