Key Responsibilities

• Professional and efficient handling of inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Addressing and resolving customers' questions, concerns, and complaints promptly.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and conducting necessary follow-ups.
• Providing precise and timely information to assist customers in resolving their issues.
• Achieving designated performance goals and collaborating with other teams to tackle complex cases.

Requirements

• Competence in managing customer queries and solving complaints effectively.
• Ability to escalate complicated issues to higher authorities when needed.
• Willingness to work six days per week on day shifts.
