About the Company and Role
Teachers Achievers is recruiting motivated and confident female telecallers to augment their expanding team. This role is suitable for those who excel in communication and enjoy engaging with people. Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
Key Duties
- Initiate outbound telephone calls to prospective clients.
- Communicate details about the company's educational courses and services clearly and professionally.
- Develop potential leads and conduct timely follow-ups.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and call outcomes.
- Meet and strive to exceed daily and monthly call targets.
- Foster positive and lasting relationships with customers via phone communication.
Candidate Requirements
- Female applicants only.
- Open to freshers as well as those with prior experience.
- Proficient communication skills in Hindi; knowledge of English is advantageous.
- Basic familiarity with computer operations.
- A positive mindset and eagerness to learn.
