Telecaller

Job Overview

SpeakyHome is seeking a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join the team. Freshers are encouraged to apply and will receive training to help them succeed in this role. The candidate will be the first point of contact for customers through outbound and inbound calls, promoting our diverse products and services.

Primary Responsibilities

• Proactively initiate outbound calls to potential customers.
• Accept and address incoming customer calls professionally.
• Clearly articulate details about company products and services.
• Maintain a courteous and positive demeanor during interactions.
• Keep customer information updated accurately in company systems.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with customers as needed.
• Meet daily and weekly call targets to ensure performance goals.

Candidate Requirements

• Open to freshers as well as experienced individuals.
• Effective communication skills in Hindi, English, or regional languages.
• Basic proficiency with computers.
• Patience and skill in managing customer inquiries.
• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.

Work Schedule and Environment

This is a full-time role operating on a day shift basis within the office premises of SpeakyHome in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

Training Provided

• Mandatory training covering customer handling fundamentals.
• Optional training sessions on upselling services.
