Role Overview
We are seeking a Telecaller to engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls. This role requires effectively communicating the company's products, services, and current offers to customers, while addressing their needs and encouraging product/service purchases.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently and promptly.
- Communicate detailed information about products, services, and ongoing promotions.
- Generate potential leads and convert them into new customers.
- Understand customer requirements and persuade them to select suitable products or services.
- Acquire thorough knowledge of the products and services to respond clearly and accurately to customer queries.
