Job Overview
As a Tele Counsellor at Fynesta HR Solutions based in Kolkata, you will engage with prospective students and parents to guide them in choosing suitable educational options. You will be responsible for understanding individual educational goals and career aspirations and communicating relevant course details.
Key Duties
- Initiate communication with interested students and their parents.
- Identify learning objectives and career interests of the prospects.
- Verify the authenticity of leads and evaluate their preparedness for admission.
- Provide introductory information regarding available courses.
- Keep detailed records of calls and update the status of leads accordingly.
- Work closely with the counseling and sales teams to ensure seamless coordination.
- Forward qualified leads for advanced counseling processes.
