Job Overview

This position involves analyzing and interpreting schematics, printouts, and specifications to assess the functionality across diverse operational domains. The role emphasizes routine upkeep and enhancement of equipment, proactive resolution of intricate system issues, and collaboration in debugging activities for both newly developed and existing products and systems. Additionally, responsibilities include assisting in the creation of novel test programs and procedures and ensuring the regular calibration and validation of testing tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret schematics, printouts, and specifications to evaluate the operational status of various functional areas.
• Conduct daily maintenance and optimization on a broad range of equipment to improve performance and mitigate potential malfunctions.
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving complex system problems by identifying root causes and implementing suitable fixes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams in debugging and troubleshooting activities for new and existing products and systems.
• Contribute to the development of new test programs and procedures to support emerging technologies.
• Ensure proper calibration and validation of testing equipment on a regular schedule.
• Maintain consistent communication to fulfill customer needs and deliver assignments punctually, participating actively in project meetings.
• Build job-related skills by completing standard assignments in adherence to guidelines, while safeguarding company data confidentiality.
• Support the implementation of new procedures, assist in departmental operation plans, and disseminate technical knowledge to colleagues and clients.
• Resolve clearly defined problems using established procedures and perform basic technical, administrative, or operational tasks under close supervision.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a High School Diploma, GED, Higher Secondary education, or equivalent practical experience demonstrating relevant competencies.
• Have up to 2 years of experience, preferably related to equipment operation and troubleshooting or a similar field.

Knowledge and Skills

• Familiarity with Agile Methodology and Automation techniques.
• Understanding of Business Processes, Process Improvement, and Project Management.
• Experience with technical areas including Chemistry, Fabrication, Data Analysis, and New Product Development.
• Skills in Inventory Management, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Workflow Management.
• Knowledge of SAP Applications, SQL Programming, Selling Techniques, and Technical Support.
• Awareness of business metrics such as Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Merchandising.
