Primary Duties

• Operate and maintain various equipment essential for infrastructure tasks.
• Support execution of water maintenance, inspections, and pipeline rehabilitation activities through diverse work assignments.
• Follow supervisory guidance and make routine operational decisions.
• Work outdoors in extreme weather conditions including prolonged heat and cold exposure.
• Physically handle tasks involving lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying weights up to 50 pounds.

Skills and Requirements

• Ability to comprehend and follow instructions and complete on-the-job training.
• Competent in using a range of simple and complex tools.
• Capable of performing physically demanding labor for over 8 hours daily, including extended standing, walking, bending, and twisting.
• Eligible to enter confined spaces safely.
• Meet personal protective equipment standards, such as wearing hard hats, safety vests, work boots, and safety glasses or goggles as required.
• Adaptable to varying weather situations while working outdoors.

Work Schedule

This full-time, non-exempt position usually requires work from Monday through Friday. However, schedule flexibility is essential with possible shifts during evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational demands.
