Overview
We are seeking a Technical Sourcer based in Australia to join a partner company's remote international team. This role focuses on identifying and engaging technology professionals for global roles across software development, data, product, HR, and sales sectors. You will work closely with recruiters, crafting sourcing strategies and building talent pipelines while enjoying flexible remote working arrangements and professional growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with recruiters to clarify role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Create and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber tech professionals.
- Utilize platforms like LinkedIn and advanced sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Maintain robust talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring demands.
- Develop compelling job descriptions, outreach content, and communication materials for candidates.
- Manage candidate data efficiently using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Monitor recruitment activities and generate periodic performance and sourcing reports.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in roles such as Technical Sourcer, Talent Sourcer, or Recruiter.
- Proficient in diverse sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Intermediate German communication skills are advantageous.
- Self-motivated, proactive, result-driven, and able to prioritize effectively in a remote work environment.
