Role Overview
Middesk seeks a resourceful and adaptable full-cycle Technical Recruiter to drive the company's growth by building talented teams. This position requires partnering deeply with technical stakeholders to understand needs and deliver an outstanding candidate pipeline, which leads to hires that elevate team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire talent acquisition process, including sourcing, evaluating, and securing candidates, across multiple concurrent hiring initiatives for Engineering, Data Science, and Product disciplines.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to establish clear role expectations, develop structured interview methodologies, and enhance Middesk’s attractiveness to prospective candidates in a competitive market.
- Ensure candidates experience a consistent, equitable recruitment journey that reflects Middesk’s core values and workplace culture.
- Contribute to the advancement of recruitment tools, systems, and workflows as the organization expands.
Candidate Profile
- At least five years of proven success conducting internal recruitment for technical roles.
- A strong intellectual curiosity with the agility to quickly adapt to and effectively source for new talent profiles.
- Self-driven with a commitment to excel within a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to build trust with both hiring teams and candidates.
- Experience leveraging AI-powered recruitment technologies and a drive for continual process enhancement.
- A collaborative, team-centric approach and positive mindset, valuing all tasks regardless of size.
Work Location
This hybrid position requires spending at least two days per week in the San Francisco office, with the remainder remote.
