Job Overview
Lead and guide a skilled technical team to accomplish project goals successfully by overseeing software development lifecycles. Manage technical designs to ensure alignment with project requirements and standards, while resolving any technical challenges faced throughout the project duration. Collaborate closely with project management and stakeholders to ensure that technical objectives support overall business aims. Conduct frequent technical evaluations and mentor the team to boost their effectiveness and maintain high-quality deliverables. Engage with interdisciplinary teams to implement technological enhancements and stay informed about industry developments to foster innovation.
Primary Responsibilities
- Architect and administer high-performance, scalable software applications running on Linux and Windows environments.
- Develop and maintain web applications employing .NET frameworks alongside Angular technologies.
- Utilize object-oriented methodologies, design patterns, service-oriented architecture, and data modeling for system development.
- Perform analysis, design, testing, and upkeep of new and existing software systems.
- Create, test, and deploy programs while preparing detailed documentation in line with organizational standards.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues and coordinate tasks effectively within project timelines.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with diverse teams and project stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proficient with .NET Framework 4.5+, ASP.NET MVC, Angular 4+, Web APIs, CSS3, HTML5, Entity Framework, and SQL Server 2012 or newer versions.
- Strong foundation in object-oriented programming and modern software development practices.
Desired Additional Capabilities
- Experience working with RabbitMQ, Redis Cache, WCF services, Docker containers, Power BI, and NoSQL databases is advantageous.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
- A minimum of eight years in software development, application design, and integration projects.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and project coordination abilities.
