About the Role

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts invites applicants for the position of Team Lead in Food and Beverage Services at their West Bay location in Doha, Qatar.   • Support management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, coaching, and discipline of staff while serving as a positive role model.
  • Adhere strictly to company safety and security policies; report unsafe conditions and complete mandatory safety training.
  • Ensure professional appearance and uphold confidentiality and asset protection standards.
  • Serve guests with warm welcomes, anticipate their needs, assist guests requiring special support, and express genuine appreciation.
  • Communicate using clear, professional language and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  • Guarantee compliance with quality standards and expectations at all times.
  • Perform physical activities including prolonged standing, sitting or walking, manipulating objects requiring hand-eye coordination, navigating confined or elevated areas, climbing stairs or ramps, and bending or twisting as part of job duties.
