Job overview
We are looking for an experienced TAP Developer with strong hands-on exposure to TAP architecture, data structures, order-management flows, scripting, and product administration. The role involves working on core TAP components, troubleshooting environment issues, performing hotfixes, and supporting upgrades.
Key responsibilities
- Work with the TAP architecture and underlying data model to support development and maintenance tasks.
- Handle TAP core order-management development for both F2B and B2F flows.
- Write and maintain Triple A scripts as part of solution development.
- Use Unix shell scripting and Oracle/SQL queries to support implementation and troubleshooting.
- Develop Triple A formats, screens, and default-value/input-control scripts.
- Configure TAP components and assist with setup-related activities.
- Diagnose and resolve environment-related issues in TAP core components.
- Carry out hotfix installations and support product upgrade activities.
Required experience and skills
- Strong understanding of TAP architecture and data model.
- Practical experience with TAP core order-management development, including F2B and B2F flows.
- Hands-on experience in Triple A scripting.
- Working knowledge of Unix shell scripting and Oracle/SQL query writing.
- Experience creating Triple A formats, screens, and default/input control scripts.
- Ability to configure TAP components and support core environment issues.
- Experience with hotfix installation and product upgrades.
Nice-to-have knowledge
- Exposure to TAP WUI components, including the TSL layer.
- Familiarity with Actuate reporting and issue support.
- Basic knowledge of IBM ITX.
- Basic understanding of TTI.
- Good grasp of TAP product installation and upgrade procedures.
