Role Overview
We are seeking a Talent Associate to partner closely with our founding recruiter in sourcing and coordinating candidates for both technical and commercial positions. This role emphasizes maintaining a smooth recruitment process and delivering an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact through onsite interviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Shadow the founding recruiter and interviewers to understand Ambrook's products, mission, and hiring standards within the first month.
- Manage scheduling and coordination for active requisitions using Ashby platform.
- Launch sourcing and outreach campaigns for 2–3 roles across technical and commercial domains.
- Identify areas for automation to improve recruitment workflows and implement tooling improvements.
- Maintain consistent outbound sourcing efforts and conduct preliminary candidate conversations to qualify prospects.
- Take ownership of top-of-funnel strategies including sourcing channels, outreach frameworks, pipeline reporting, and health monitoring by six months.
- Co-develop or prototype larger recruitment systems such as sourcing agents or AI-powered personalization workflows.
- Create reusable sourcing playbooks and deliver pipeline insights to recruiting stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
- 1 to 4 years in recruiting coordination or sourcing, with a focus on proactive pipeline generation and operational accuracy.
- Hands-on experience automating or systematizing components of sourcing or coordination workflows utilizing AI tools.
- Proficient at identifying and engaging passive talent in competitive marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of technical roles enabling credible communication with engineers.
- Experienced with LinkedIn and modern recruiting platforms like Juicebox, Metaview, Wrangle, and Gem.
- Excellent written communication tailored to candidate engagement reflecting Ambrook’s tone.
- Highly organized with effective pipeline management practices including sequences, tagging, and feedback documentation.
- Ability to balance high outreach volumes with personalized, humanized interactions.
- Motivated by operational aspects of recruiting and coordination as a core interest.
- Bonus: Background in fintech, go-to-market/commercial roles, or startup environments advantageous.
