Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Talent Agent to join our influencer talent management division. This role involves managing and advancing the careers of various social media influencers. The ideal candidate is positive, creative, diligent, and capable of juggling multiple responsibilities in a fast-moving setting. Candidates should possess deep expertise in social media marketing, brand partnerships, talent management, contract negotiations, and have an established extensive network of social media influencers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure high-profile influencers seeking business management representation.
• Manage and represent the careers and brand interests of prominent social media personalities.
• Develop and pursue brand partnership opportunities both for individual talents and the agency.
• Monitor current trends and shifts in the influencer marketing industry.
• Explore and initiate new opportunities such as TV and film casting for talent, early adoption of new platforms, and collaborative projects involving influencers.
• Develop and support the implementation of growth strategies tailored for individual influencers.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in managing or representing social media influencers and/or celebrities.
• A university degree or equivalent professional experience.
• An existing, comprehensive network of social media influencers and talent contacts.
• A minimum of 2 years managing brand partnerships within a professional or agency setting.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers an annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, reflective of experience and role progression. Alongside base pay, a comprehensive benefits and total rewards package is offered to support employee growth. Salary placement within the band is determined through interview evaluation based on role scope, experience, skills, and anticipated impact.
