About the Role

Daley And Associates, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Coordinator to join a well-established investment management firm in Boston, MA. This contract role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources within a corporate atmosphere.

Work Arrangement and Compensation

This is a contract position lasting at least six months with hourly compensation ranging from $28 to $36, depending on experience. The work schedule follows a hybrid model requiring three days onsite in Boston (Tuesday through Thursday) and two days remote (Monday and Friday). Candidates must reside locally and be willing to work onsite thrice weekly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange interviews and manage related scheduling tasks.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring journey.
  • Maintain candidate records and track progress using the applicant tracking system.
  • Facilitate onboarding procedures and background verification.
  • Support campus recruitment efforts, including career fairs and related events.
  • Monitor recruitment email inboxes and provide administrative aid to the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring process.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding.
  • Assist with recruitment projects and implement process enhancements as necessary.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
  • Zero to two years’ experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or corporate settings preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with interview scheduling and calendar management is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills coupled with attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
