Talent Acquisition Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join the team at NoBroker Technologies Solutions Private Limited, located in Sarjapur, Bangalore. This role involves working onsite with a six-day workweek. Candidates with immediate availability are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for field sales and frontline positions.
• Source potential candidates using job portals, social media platforms, and other relevant recruiting channels.
• Conduct candidate screening, organize schedules, and coordinate interview processes.
• Clearly communicate job roles and maintain consistent candidate engagement throughout the hiring timeline.
• Handle hiring for large volumes efficiently, meeting recruitment goals.
• Maintain detailed recruitment trackers to ensure prompt closure of hiring requests.

Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of two years of experience in recruitment.
• Preference for candidates with experience in field sales recruitment, blue-collar workforce hiring, or bulk recruitment.
• Strong communication abilities and effective stakeholder management skills.
• Capability to operate effectively in a high-pressure, target-oriented environment.

Compensation and Work Details

The offered salary ranges between ₹3,00,000 and ₹4,00,000 annually, including variable components. The position is based at the Sarjapur, Bangalore office with a six-day work schedule.
