Role overview

This position focuses on helping customers choose the right alterations and fit adjustments for garments so the final result matches their preferences. You will also complete repair and tailoring work according to each customer’s instructions, while ensuring deliveries are made on time and the service experience reflects well on the brand.

Core duties

• Guide customers through the alteration and shaping choices available so they can confidently select what best suits their needs, style, and taste.
• Carry out clothing alterations and repair work exactly as requested by customers, maintaining high service quality and supporting a smooth, personalized shopping experience.
• Complete work within agreed timelines and help strengthen customer satisfaction, brand image, and repeat business.

Education, experience, and job knowledge

The role requires a high school qualification along with a diploma or certificate in tailoring. Candidates should bring 2 to 3 years of experience in the fashion industry.

Technical and interpersonal skills

You should have strong technical tailoring knowledge, a good understanding of fabrics, and awareness of current fashion trends. The role also calls for a customer-focused approach, confident communication, polished grooming, and strong interpersonal skills.
