Altakassusi Alliance Medical LLC is a collaborative venture between Alliance Medical Group, King Faisal Specialist Hospital International, and Nexus Gulf Healthcare, aimed at establishing a leading diagnostic imaging network within the region. The organization emphasizes providing top-quality, accessible, and efficient imaging services that integrate seamlessly into clinical care pathways. Leveraging operational knowledge from diagnostic centers across over 10 countries, it implements global best practices and evidence-based protocols to enhance service quality, improve community access, and optimize diagnostic imaging costs.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and maintain Windows Server infrastructure and enterprise IT environments.
Manage Active Directory operations including user accounts, group policies, and identity services.
Administer Microsoft 365 services encompassing email and user account management.
Deliver technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues for end users.
Continuously monitor system performance to ensure high availability and reliability of IT systems.
Conduct advanced troubleshooting for servers, operating systems, and business-critical applications.
Support backup and disaster recovery processes to safeguard organizational data.
Implement and maintain security protocols and manage patch deployments.
Supervise and monitor Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions to protect sensitive data.
Utilize virtualization platforms such as VMware, Nutanix, and Hyper-V effectively.
Possess knowledge of enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions.
Operate IT service management platforms to support workflows.
Collaborate with network and security teams to sustain infrastructure stability and security standards.
Respond swiftly to system incidents and resolve technical challenges.
Document system configurations, procedures, and operational activities comprehensively.
Provide IT support across different company locations as needed.
Have a basic comprehension of network security and infrastructure monitoring.
Knowledge or experience in Linux administration is considered advantageous.

Required Skills & Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in system administration roles.
Strong expertise in Windows Server and Active Directory management.
Experience in managing Microsoft 365 environments.
Familiarity with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) technologies.
Robust technical troubleshooting and end-user support capabilities.
Ability to efficiently diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and IT systems.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical aptitude.
Capability to handle operational pressures and manage urgent incidents.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with other IT teams.

Additional Requirements

Willingness to travel between various company locations within the city as well as intercity sites when necessary.
Readiness to respond to critical IT issues and operational demands promptly.

Education

A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline is mandatory.

Professional Certifications

Relevant certifications related to IT infrastructure, system administration, or information security are essential.
