Job description
Role Overview
The Surveillance Controller ensures the integrity, fairness, and security of ARRISE's gaming platforms. By performing real-time monitoring, analyzing data trends, and coordinating closely with multiple internal teams, this role is pivotal in identifying irregular activities and minimizing fraudulent operations within Live Casino environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Continuously observe Live Casino games to spot risky or fraudulent behaviors instantly.
- Guarantee that gaming tables and technology comply with security and fairness standards.
- Detect suspicious betting patterns and follow escalation processes as per company protocols.
- Collect surveillance data to support comprehensive risk evaluations.
- Work alongside Risk and Operations teams to evaluate potential threats and protect game fairness.
- Provide detailed and accessible reports on observed trends, anomalies, and emerging security concerns.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold high professional ethics at all times.
- Communicate efficiently with both internal teams and external collaborators.
- Assist with day-to-day operational tasks and back initiatives from leadership.
- Record and document any irregularities, suspicious behaviors, or operational issues precisely.
Candidate Requirements
- Recent graduate or final-year student in analytical or technical disciplines such as computer science, engineering, or business.
- Solid knowledge of online gaming operations, particularly Live Casino products.
- Flexibility to work 9-hour shifts including nights and weekends in a 24/7 operational setting.
- Exceptional attention to detail paired with analytical skills.
- Strong time management capabilities and ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
- High ethical standards and professional conduct.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office 365 tools including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Fluent English communication skills, both oral and written.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with surveillance or security system tools.
- Familiarity with data analysis or visualization software such as SQL or Tableau.
- Previous internships or academic projects related to surveillance, security, or risk assessment.
