About the Role
We are seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Management Specialist for a contract position offering remote work with flexible hours ranging from 10 to 40 weekly. Compensation is between $40 and $50 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine logistic documents thoroughly to ensure authenticity, precision, and adherence to industry standards.
- Create annotated sample documents to demonstrate logistics and supply chain best practices.
- Analyze existing supply chain procedures and propose enhancements grounded in practical expertise.
- Provide comprehensive feedback on logistics cases focusing on document format and process improvements.
- Work alongside project teams to elucidate requirements and explain sophisticated logistics concepts clearly.
- Engage in quality assurance activities by verifying the accuracy and applicability of supply chain data sets.
Candidate Requirements
- Substantial experience in logistics and supply chain management including familiarity with packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory records.
- Deep knowledge of logistics operations, documentation, and international supply chain systems.
- Excellent English communication skills with the ability to clarify complex technical issues.
- Exceptional attention to detail when assessing and producing supply chain documentation.
- Strong analytical skills demonstrated by previous identification of process efficiencies in logistics.
- Holding a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related area is considered advantageous.
