Supply Chain Finance Analyst

About the Role

Join Lockheed Martin as a Supply Chain Finance Analyst supporting the CH-53K program. This remote position entails collaborating with Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance teams to deliver detailed material cost reporting and to enhance reporting processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Product Centers to establish monthly material Estimate at Completion (EAC) status, conduct variance analyses, and report on risks and opportunities related to material costs for the CH-53K program.
• Analyze and document the primary factors driving monthly EAC changes with supporting contractual or financial data.
• Create and deliver clear, concise presentations on material EAC status, including drivers of changes and risk/opportunity assessments, to Supply Chain leadership during monthly reviews.
• Incorporate Over Target Approvals and Purchase Price Variance effects into the EAC and support cost management strategies.
• Use Material Requirements Planning (MRP) data to aid in developing material forecasts for long-range, annual, and monthly plans.
• Continuously evaluate existing tools and processes to identify data or workflow gaps and devise improvements.
• Partner with Operations Finance, IT, and Data Analytics teams to implement process automation, develop tableau dashboards, and drive digital transformation projects.
• Contribute to additional Supply Chain and Operations Finance initiatives such as supplier claims and make/buy analyses, along with other ad-hoc assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience with a minimum of 8 years professional experience; or 6+ years with a related Master’s degree.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, business operations, internal controls, and the connection between business transactions and financial impacts.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SAP modules (CES and P1S) and Sikorsky financial tools including Hyperion and Tableau.
• Ability to develop innovative solutions addressing complex problems aligned with organizational goals.
• Project leadership capabilities to guide significant initiatives through completion.
• Excellent analytical skills to condense extensive data sets into actionable insights.
• Effective relationship-building skills and agility to function within dynamic, cross-functional teams involving suppliers and customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Details

• This role requires approximately 15% travel.
• Full-time remote telework is the work mode; occasional travel to Lockheed Martin offices for meetings may be necessary.
