Supply Chain Executive - Arabic Speaker

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Executive fluent in Arabic to join our team in Dubai. This is a permanent position with a monthly salary of AED 12,000. The role involves managing various supply chain activities to ensure efficient procurement, inventory management, and logistics coordination across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with suppliers to secure timely procurement and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Manage import/export documentation and handle customs clearance, ensuring adherence to trade regulations.
• Work alongside freight forwarders and logistics providers to guarantee punctual deliveries.
• Oversee inventory control, shipment tracking, and order fulfillment to prevent shortages or delays.
• Engage in vendor negotiations to achieve cost reductions and enhance service quality.
• Keep accurate supply chain records and generate reports utilizing ERP software and Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Warehouse teams to facilitate seamless operational workflows.
• Propose and implement process improvements aimed at boosting efficiency and reducing expenses.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a similar discipline.
• Have 3 to 5 years of practical experience in supply chain management.
• Experience specifically in FMCG, Trading, or Tobacco sectors is essential.
• Strong understanding of procurement procedures, inventory control, logistics, and import/export practices.
• Proficient in using ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication capabilities with strong problem-solving aptitude.
• Preference given to candidates able to join immediately.
