Role Overview

eXtra (United Electronics Co.) is seeking a meticulous Supply Chain Coordinator under the Tamheer program to support its Supply Chain function in Al Khobar. This role is focused on operational coordination, reporting, and data handling across warehouse and logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Help keep an eye on day-to-day warehouse and logistics activities, while assisting with coordination tasks.
• Pull operational information from Power BI dashboards and Excel sheets, then review it for useful insights.
• Create straightforward reports and dashboards that help track warehouse and logistics performance.
• Spot patterns, exceptions, and opportunities for process improvement based on the available data.
• Support the team with data entry, document management, and regular operational analysis.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Recent graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a closely related discipline.
• Strong analytical ability with a sharp eye for detail.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel at a basic to intermediate level.
• Comfortable handling data, reports, and operational documents.
• Effective communication and collaborative teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow within supply chain operations.

This opportunity is part of the Tamheer program and is based onsite in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. The role is for a full-time position.
