Role Overview

The Supply Chain Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting construction projects of data centers. Responsibilities include managing logistics, documentation, and communication with vendors concerning owner-supplied equipment. The objective is to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials, maintain comprehensive documentation, and provide consistent updates to project teams. Close collaboration with project managers, suppliers, and internal teams is a key aspect to avoid delays.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize logistics and scheduling for delivery of owner-furnished and contractor-installed equipment.
• Monitor domestic and international shipments, ensuring clear and accurate progress updates.
• Maintain thorough records including purchase orders, shipping documents, invoices, contracts, and project closeouts.
• Coordinate onsite deliveries by conducting quality inspections and reviewing related documentation.
• Engage in coordination meetings with contractors and vendors to confirm timelines and responsibilities.
• Keep track of inventory levels and support planning for replenishment.
• Review changes in project drawings to verify equipment scope and requirements.
• Generate regular project and key performance indicator reports.
• Identify inefficiencies or gaps in processes and propose actionable enhancements.
• Provide onsite assistance at designated project locations when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills

• 2 to 4 years' experience in supply chain, logistics, construction coordination, or related fields.
• Proficient understanding of purchase orders, shipment documentation, and inventory tracking systems.
• Experience liaising and coordinating with vendors or suppliers.
• Capability in Excel and common project documentation tools.
• Ability to work onsite at least three days weekly in Atlanta, GA.
• Preferred: Experience with data center or construction project environments, expertise in owner-furnished equipment coordination, and familiarity with international shipment tracking.

Location

The position is based in Atlanta, GA with a hybrid work model requiring a minimum of three days onsite per week.
