Role Overview

We are seeking a meticulous, data-focused Supply Chain Analyst experienced ideally in the pet food or consumer packaged goods (CPG) sectors. This person will handle comprehensive supply chain data, providing actionable insights to support seamless operations and KPI management across functions.

This role is based at our Corporate office in Nashville, TN, with a hybrid work schedule requiring three days in-office.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine supply chain data to uncover trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Detect performance shortfalls, collaborate with stakeholders to diagnose issues, and lead initiatives for innovative solutions.
• Create and sustain live dashboards, reports, and data tools to monitor essential supply chain metrics.
• Work closely with various teams ensuring analytics meet business requirements.
• Effectively communicate detailed data insights for informed decision-making at all organizational levels.
• Support the roll-out and ongoing enhancement of supply chain analytics systems and technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
• Prior experience in supply chain or data analysis, preferably within the pet or food industry.
• Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, and Python for data handling.
• Proven ability to distill complex datasets into practical business insights.
• Familiarity with data visualization software, especially Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Experience or knowledge of advanced analytics methods, including machine learning or predictive modeling, is advantageous.
• Preferred experience with Generative AI development and Databricks platform.
• Understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations is beneficial.
