Role overview

Givenchy is looking for a Style Advisor to represent the maison in its Dubai boutique. In this role, you will create refined shopping experiences, guide clients through the brand’s collections, and help uphold the elevated atmosphere associated with luxury retail.

Key responsibilities

You will welcome local and international visitors with professionalism and warmth, then tailor your service to each client’s preferences, needs, and style. The role involves building long-term customer relationships through attentive service, product storytelling, and follow-up based on past purchases and individual tastes.

You will present Givenchy’s collections with confidence, explain the brand’s heritage and design details, support attractive in-store merchandising, and contribute to a visually compelling boutique environment. You will also work toward sales goals, look for additional selling opportunities, and help maintain a strong luxury brand image through polished conduct and presentation.

Collaboration is also important in this position, including close coordination with the stock team to keep service and product presentation consistent.

Profile

The ideal candidate has 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury or fashion retail, or in another demanding customer-focused setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important, along with the ability to understand and connect with clients.

You should bring solid language ability in the local language and a second language, a real interest in fashion, and a clear understanding of Givenchy’s brand identity. The role suits someone who enjoys a fast-moving environment, works well in a team, but also shows initiative, independence, resilience, and a drive to improve through experimentation and learning.
