Role Overview

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Structural Engineer based in Dubai to collaborate with architects and design professionals in developing safe and efficient structural plans primarily for residential villas and similar building types. The successful candidate will conduct structural analyses and calculations, prepare design reports, develop and review structural CAD drawings, and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities for approvals. Responsibilities also include attending project meetings, troubleshooting technical challenges during design and construction phases, ensuring compliance with local codes and international standards, supporting value engineering efforts, participating in design reviews, and consistently maintaining high-quality standards across multiple projects.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least 5 years of structural engineering experience, ideally involving residential or villa projects in the UAE or broader Middle East region.
• Preferably holds Dubai Municipality accreditation for buildings up to G+4 floors.
• Strong foundational expertise in Structural and Civil Engineering principles applicable to building design and construction.
• Proficient in structural analysis and detailed calculation methods for concrete, steel, and various building systems.
• Experienced with CAD software for preparing, reviewing, and coordinating detailed structural drawings and documentation.
• Possesses a Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
• Knowledgeable about both international and local building codes and standards, including UAE and Dubai regulations.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities; able to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Professional registration or progress toward chartered/licensed engineer status is advantageous.
