We specialize in providing professional assisted stretching services to enhance clients' flexibility, posture, and overall well-being.

Role Overview

We are seeking energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our teams in Dubai and Abu Dhabi as Stretch Trainers. Candidates with no previous stretching experience are welcome since full certification training will be provided. Ideal applicants should have a passion for health, wellness, and helping others, with backgrounds from hospitality, retail, fitness, healthcare, sports, physiotherapy, or related fields encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized one-on-one assisted passive stretching sessions ensuring professional presentation and a clean work environment.
• Evaluate clients’ physical conditions and limitations to select appropriate stretching methods.
• Inform clients about the advantages of regular stretching and advise on integrating stretching into their routines.
• Create and tailor stretching plans aligned with clients’ goals and physical capabilities.
• Track client progress, maintain detailed records, and adapt plans as necessary.
• Engage actively with prospective and current clients to promote membership and brand loyalty.
• Uphold client safety by applying correct stretching techniques and enforcing studio policies.
• Manage communication including answering calls, replying to messages, and scheduling.
• Maximize client attendance and membership retention through follow-ups and renewals.
• Preserve a clean, safe, and professional studio atmosphere.
• Participate in ongoing education to remain updated on latest stretching methods.
• Maintain an active social media presence to drive client engagement and retention.

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer-facing roles such as hospitality, retail, fitness, healthcare, or wellness is highly advantageous.
• A genuine enthusiasm for fitness and wellness.
• A background in athletics or sports is a significant plus.
• Fluent English communication skills with excellent interpersonal and listening abilities.
• An energetic and engaging personality capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Organized with strong time management skills and punctuality.
• Availability to work retail-based hours including weekends and public holidays, with six days off monthly.
• A friendly, welcoming approach toward all clients.
• Strong professionalism, ethical standards, reliability, and confidentiality adherence.
• A college diploma or degree attested by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
• Must attend mandatory training beginning 24 August 2026 in Dubai.
