Position Overview

We are seeking a Storekeeper to join our specialty group, NIC Components, located at 5 Tai Seng Drive, Singapore. The role operates on a fixed schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in shipping and receiving activities within the warehouse, including sorting, picking, packing, labeling, stock and cycle counting, and processing system receipts.
Manage transportation and staging of products as required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work and storage areas.
Update reports and monitor output efficiency regularly.
Support warehouse management, inventory control processes, and logistics strategy development alongside the Operations team.
Coordinate orders by liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
Enforce and maintain 6S housekeeping principles (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, and Safety) and uphold Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum of three years’ experience in warehouse operations.
Proficient computer skills necessary to operate ERP and Warehouse Management System (WMS) transactions.
Demonstrates a positive work attitude.
Physically capable of lifting items weighing up to 20 kilograms.
Willingness to work overtime when needed.
