Role overview
Lovisa is seeking an energetic and fashion-minded Store Manager to run a busy retail location in Invercargill, Southland. In this position, you will lead the store team, shape a positive shopping experience, and help deliver strong commercial results in a fast-moving environment.
What you will do
- Guide, motivate, and coach the team so customers consistently receive a high-quality, brand-aligned experience.
- Support the store in meeting sales goals and key performance measures while keeping the atmosphere lively and engaging.
- Oversee daily store activity, including stock handling and maintaining a polished, well-organised presentation.
