Position Overview
Stradivarius is looking for a Store Manager for its store in Hannover, Lower Saxony. This is a permanent full-time role in an on-site retail environment.
Role Summary
In this role, you will shape the store into a place that feels energetic, inspiring, and engaging for customers every day. You will be the driving force behind the store’s overall performance and atmosphere.
What You Will Do
You will lead your team with clarity and motivation, set priorities, and push sales and productivity forward. You will also make sure every collection is clearly presented on the shop floor and experienced by customers.
The position calls for someone who understands that strong results come from a team that feels guided, challenged, and supported. You will review numbers, customer behaviour, and market trends, then respond quickly and effectively with decisions that strengthen the team and move the store ahead.
Your leadership will help turn the store into a place where fashion feels alive and enthusiasm is tangible.
