Job Overview

Varshitha Traders is seeking a dedicated and skilled Display Point Manager / Store Manager for our VARAM Latex Mattress and V-Furniture Mall outlet located in Tenali, Guntur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overall store management while ensuring excellent customer service and smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage retail store or showroom operations effectively.
• Handle customer interactions and maintain sales follow-ups.
• Oversee billing processes and maintain stock records.
• Supervise staff and coordinate daily store activities.
• Navigate website and ecommerce platforms to facilitate online order bookings and placement.
• Understand payment methods, including UPI, card payments, payment gateways, handling failed transactions, refunds, and tracking order identification.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in retail store or showroom management is essential.
• Strong communication skills and punctuality.
• Demonstrated responsible behaviour and positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of ecommerce systems and payment handling procedures.

Compensation

The monthly salary for this position ranges between INR 20,000 and INR 34,000.
