Key Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and wiping in storage units, hallways, restrooms, and elevators
• Ensure proper disposal of trash
• Monitor and manage cleaning supply inventory, ordering materials as necessary

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This role involves working under moderate hazards or discomforts that necessitate safety precautions, including potential exposure to moving machinery parts and chemicals. Use of protective equipment such as gloves, masks, goggles, or shields may be required. Physically, the job demands standing for extended periods, moving about indoors and outdoors, reaching items at different heights, and handling equipment weighing at least 50 pounds with or without assistance.
