Role Overview
The Staffing Recruiter position is fully remote and encompasses managing comprehensive staffing and recruitment operations. Responsibilities include candidate sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and assisting with hiring decisions for various roles, including temporary and project-specific assignments. The recruiter will engage with internal teams and clients to assess staffing demands, maintain talent pools, and ensure positive candidate interactions.
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end staffing and recruitment activities remotely.
- Source and screen candidates for multiple roles, including temporary and project-based positions.
- Coordinate interview schedules and support hiring decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to identify staffing needs and maintain active talent pipelines.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and communicate frequently with applicants and hiring managers.
- Contribute to improving staffing processes continuously.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in staffing services with the ability to manage numerous requisitions and talent pools.
- Strong recruitment skills, including sourcing, screening, and candidate selection.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with candidates, clients, and teams.
- Effective remote work capability with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and staffing or HR software.
- Attention to detail with dedication to fair, inclusive, and non-biased hiring practices.
- Preferably prior experience in staffing agencies, HR, or talent acquisition roles.
- Beneficial to have relevant education or training in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
